Ryan attended Utah Valley State College in Orem, Utah, graduating in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Studies. Ryan attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas graduating in 2010 with a Master of Science in the Physician Assistant Program. He gained clinical experience in the areas of General Surgery and Trauma Surgery, Dermatological Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Psychiatry, Newborn Nursery, Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Pediatric Outpatient, Internal Medicine Outpatient, Internal Medicine Inpatient and Community Medicine. Ryan is certified through the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants. He joined the staff as a Physician Assistant at Canyonlands Healthcare in June 2011. |

Gail Crane, PA-C
Gail attended Trinity College in Burlington, Vermont and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. From there, she attended Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York, College of St. Rose in Albany New York, and Albany Medical College-Physician Assistant Program where she graduated in 1991 with a Physician Assistant degree. Later, she attended Chapman University in Orange, California, graduating in 1998 with a Master in Health Administration. From 1994 – 2005, Gail worked at St. Clare’s Hospital in Schenectady, New York, Delaware Valley Hospital in Walton, New York, Evans Army Community Hospital in Fort Carson, Colorado, Havens Family Clinic in Canon City, Colorado and Medical Arts Rural Health Clinic in Lamesa, Texas. Gail is licensed through the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants. In January 1996, Gail moved to Page, AZ and joined the staff as a Physician Assistant at Canyonlands Healthcare. |

Florinda Curley, PA-C
Florinda attended Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona graduating in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She attended A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona, graduating in 2009 with a Master of Science from the Physician Assistant Program. Florinda obtained her certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in January 2011. Florinda joined the staff at Canyonlands Healthcare in May 2011. |

Scott Lunt, FNP-C
Scott attended Eastern Arizona College in Thatcher, Arizona, receiving an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing. He graduated from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Scott continued his education at Northern Arizona University and graduated in 2010 with a Mater of Science Degree – Family Nurse Practitioner Specialty. He has worked in various communities such as: Flagstaff, Arizona, Eagar, Arizona and Springerville, Arizona. Scott is licensed by the Arizona State Board of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Scott joined the Canyonlands staff in Duncan, Arizona in November 2010.

James Callis, PA-C
Jim graduated from Idaho State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Biological Sciences. In 2002, he was accepted by Idaho State University and graduated in 2004 with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. Jim provided quality family health care at Valley Family Health Center from November 2004 to August 2007. He continued to West Idaho Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in November 2007. In September 2008, Jim moved to Page, AZ and joined Canyonlands Healthcare. In July 2011, Jim accepted the position of Disaster Coordinator. He prepares and coordinates the various Canyonlands Healthcare Clinics in anticipation of any disaster- manmade or natural. In September 2011, Jim relocated to Beaver Dam, AZ to continue to provide quality health care for rural Arizona.

Dr. James Doll, Dental Director
Dr. Doll graduated from Brigham Young University in May 2005 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in German. He then attended A.T. Still University – School of Health Management, graduating in 2008 with a Certificate in Dental Public Health. In 2009 he graduated from Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health with a Doctor of Dental Medicine. He completed his dental rotation at Salt Lake City Community Health Centers, Inc, Salt Lake City, Utah; Community External Outreach of Arizona, Mesa Arizona; Central Arizona Shelter Society Dental Clinic, Phoenix, Arizona; VA Medical Center Dental Clinic, Phoenix, AZ; and Choptank Community Health Centers, Federalsburg, Maryland. Dr. Doll received his certification through the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners. Dr. Doll joined the dental staff at Canyonlands Healthcare-Beaver Dam in July 2009. Accolades include: The Hanua Corporation’s Best of the Best in Prosthodontics and is an NHSC Scholar.

Brandon Finlinson, PA-C
Brandon attended Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Zoology in 1997. Later, he attended Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Brandon graduated in 2008 with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Upon graduation, he worked at Southern Utah Spine and Rehabilitation in St. George, UT. In May 2009, Brandon joined our Canyonlands Healthcare-Beaver Dam clinic. Brandon is licensed by the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician assistants. He is fluent in both Spanish and English. |

Dr. Janeen Bjork, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Bjork attended the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington, graduating in 1999. From 1999 – 2002, Dr. Bjork completed her Family Medicine Residency at Family Medicine Spokane in Spokane, Washington. Dr. Bjork is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has been practicing at Canyonlands Healthcare since September 2002. Dr. Bjork's practice is full-spectrum family medicine including obstetrics. Dr. Bjork enjoys the rewarding work of serving our communities and is committed to providing compassionate, culturally competent and comprehensive health care to all patients served by Canyonlands.

Dr. DJ Foley
Dr. Foley attended St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, graduating in 1995. From 1996 – 1999, Dr. Foley completed his Family Practice Residency Program at the Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, New York. Subsequently, he went to Tacoma, Washington for one year at the Rural Medicine Fellowship. Further training included transferring to the Multi-Care Family Practice Westgate, where he continued total family care including Obstetrics. Dr. Foley is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has been practicing at Canyonlands Healthcare since October 2003.

Dr. Raymond Holsten
Dr. Holsten attended the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, graduating in 1987. From 1987 – 1990, Dr. Holsten completed his Family Medicine Internship and Residency at San Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton, California. Dr. Holsten is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, ABFM Certified of Added Qualification in Geriatric Medicine (2007), and an AAMRO, Certified Medical Review Officer. Dr. Holsten has been practicing at Canyonlands Healthcare since September 1993.

Elizabeth Latham, MSN, FNP-C
Elizabeth began her career in health care in 1988, earning her BSN from Northern Arizona University. Since then, she has earned her MSN and FNP from Northern Arizona University and is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Health Science (DHS) from A.T. Still University. Elizabeth has worked in varied health care settings, including four years as the nursing supervisor for the Healthy Family/Healthy Babies program at the Coconino County, Arizona, Department of Public Health and three years as the Clinical Support Director for Canyonlands Healthcare. Elizabeth has been serving in the role of CEO for three years. She believes in the mission of community health centers and their focus of creating greater access to quality health care for our underserved communities.

Dr. Danielle Pieri
Dr. Pieri attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, graduating in 2004. She completed an internship at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey in Stratford, New Jersey from 2004 – 2005. From 2005 – 2009, Dr. Pieri completed her residency at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey – Cooper University Hospital in Camden. Dr. Pieri is Board Certified by the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners in Medicine and Surgery and has been practicing at Canyonlands Healthcare since September 2009.

Dr. James Millward
Dr. Millward attended Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, graduating in 1994 with a degree in integrated studies. He majored in Microbiology, Zoology and Chemistry. He graduated with honors in 1998 from the Medical College of Virginia, School of Dentistry. Dr. Millward started and ran his own successful private practice for 10 years. He is also the founder and owner of Dental Essentials School of Dental Assisting. James is licensed by the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners. In June 2010, Dr. Millward joined the Canyonlands staff in Fredonia, Arizona. Dr. Millward also provides dental services at the health center in Beaver Dam, Az.

Hernan Garreaud, PA-C attended the University of Nebraska and the University of Utah. Hernan has worked at various clinics throughout Utah, Arizona, Arkansas, New Mexico, Connecticut, Washington DC, and with the military overseas. Hernan joined Canyonlands Healthcare in November 2011 and is currently working in the Fredonia clinic. |

Mark Overas, PA-C
Mark attended Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, graduating in September 2002 from the School of Medicine, Physician Associate Program with a Master of Medical Science. Previously, he attended the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, graduating in June 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology. Mark’s experience includes working as the Medical Officer aboard various US merchant ships worldwide and maintaining an EMT-1 certificate from 1990 to 1995. Mark is licensed through the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants. In December 2002, Mark joined the Canyonlands staff in Fredonia, Arizona.

Dr. Kelly attended Temple University School of Dentistry located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated in 2011 with a Doctorate in Medical Dentistry. Previously, he graduated in 2007 from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Zoology. Dr. Kelly recently moved to Page, AZ and joined the staff of Canyonlands in August of 2011. He is providing Dental services at the Chilchinbeto Clinic and providing dental screenings at Page Unified School District. |

Jo-Ann Draper, FNP
Jo-Ann graduated in 1976 from Mesa Community College in Mesa, Arizona with an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nursing. After graduating, Jo-Ann worked in a private practice office with an obstetrician/gynecologist until 1977. Next, she began working at Mesa Community Hospital in Mesa, Arizona as a Registered Nurse on the medical/surgical floor. In 1990, Jo-Ann was hired by Mount Graham Regional Medical Center in Safford, Arizona where she continued to work as a Registered Nurse on the medical/surgical floor. Jo-Ann, later continued her education with the University of Phoenix in Tucson, Arizona, graduating in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She continued attending the University of Phoenix in Tucson, Arizona and graduated in 2007 with a Master of Science in Nursing and Family Practitioner degree. She is licensed by the Arizona State Board on Nursing. In October 2007, Jo-Ann joined the staff of Canyonlands Healthcare in Safford, Arizona.

Dr. John Wenham
Dr. John Wenham, MD attended the University of Oregon. After graduating, he began a 12 month rotating internship at Fresno General Hospital which included 3 months in pediatrics. Dr. Wenham worked as a GMO/Pediatrician at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada. Additionally, Dr. Wenham has practiced in Cottage Grove, Oregon, as well as in, Tucson, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sierra Vista and Safford, Arizona.. Dr. Wenham joined the staff of Canyonlands Healthcare in April 2010. Additional achievements include: helping create a paramedic program in Tucson, Arizona and teaching nursing seminars in Phoenix, Tucson and Safford, Arizona. He has also provided instruction for the United States Air Force.

Natalie attended Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. She majored in biology with a minor in chemistry. Subsequently, she attended Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, Tennessee where she completed her Master of Science in Nursing in August 2005 with a Family Nurse Practitioner Specialty. Natalie obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in September 2005. She worked at various clinics including: Greenwood Urgent Clinic in Bowling Green, Kentucky, Campbell Medical Group, MD, PSC in Glasgow, Kentucky, Doctors Diet Program in Bowling Green Kentucky and Immediate Care Clinic in Glasgow, Kentucky. In July 2010, Natalie moved to Safford, Arizona and joined the staff at Canyonlands Healthcare. |

Dr. Gardea attended the New Jersey Dental School receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine in May 2010. Upon graduation, he completed a one-year residency at El Rio Community Health Center in Tucson, AZ. He completed his residency in June 2011. Dr. Gardea received his license from the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners in August 2010. Dr. Gardea relocated to Safford, Arizona and joined the staff at Canyonlands Healthcare in July 2011. |
