Janeen Bjork, MD 1999-2002 Family medicine residency, Family Medicine Spokane, Spokane, WA 1995-1999 MD, University of Washington School of Medicine, Seattle, WA 2002-2009 Board Certified, American Board of Family Practice I have been practicing at Canyonlands since September 2002. My practice is full spectrum family medicine and includes obstetrics.
DJ Foley, MD I received my MD degree from St George's University School Medicine in St George's Grenada, West Indies. My family practice residency was completed at the University of Buffalo State University of New York, Erie County Medical Center. I also did a Rural Medicine Fellowship in Tacoma Washington and worked at MultiCare Family Practice Westgate in Tacoma Washington from 2000-2003. His other interests are reading, writing, walking, swimming and flying.
Raymond Holsten, MD, FAAFP BS in Chemistry and Biology, University of California, Irvine Doctor of Medicine, University of Southern California Family Medicine Residency, San Joaquin General Hospital Board Certification, American Board of Family Practice Fellow, American Academy of Family Physicians, and board certified in Geriatric Medicine. I provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including obstetrics. My spouse Leslie and I have lived in Page since 1993 and along with our two daughters, we are proud to call this home.
Elizabeth Latham, FNP-C, MSN I graduated from the BSN program at Northern Arizona University in 1988. I have worked as a staff Nurse ICU, and Public Health. In 1999 I completed the MSN program at NAU.

Danielle Pieri, DO OB/GYN I went to the University of Massachusetts where I received my undergraduate degree in anthropology. I then went to medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in Pennsylvania. My residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. I enjoy spending time with my family, my husband and newborn son. We enjoy traveling in our free time and I have completed several international medical missions.
